As you know, AVLIC's Strategic Plan 2010-2015 includes developing cost projections, a job description, and management structure leading to the hiring of an executive director within the next three years.
In the fall of 2014, the Board struck a taskforce on to investigate all options and provide the Board with recommendations, timelines and plan to increase paid staff for the Association.
The taskforce has completed its work and a recommendation to hire an executive director has been made to the Board. The task force has created a job posting and job description, a timeline and plan for interviews as well as struck an interview team.
