George Brown College is currently experiencing a shortage of contract American Sign Language - English interpreters to meet the accommodation needs of the deaf and hard of hearing students in the Metro Toronto Community Colleges. The need of interpreters is greatest at the following: George Brown – both St. James and Casa Loma campus, Centennial – Progress Campus and Humber College – North Campus.
The College employs contract interpreters to work directly in the classrooms of all five of the Metro Toronto Colleges.
As mandated at the recent AGM, the Board will be hosting an online election on Friday October 12 through Saturday, October 13, 2018. Please mark these dates in your calendars!
