Subscription application forms for 2008/2009 are now ready. Please click below to begin.

New Subscribers:

Follow the link below or go to the "Members Only" menu and please register for a new user account with your unique user ID. A verification email will be sent to your email address. Click on the link in that email or copy and paste the address directly into your web browser to verify your email address. Once your email address has been verified, please login with your user ID and password and click on "My Account" to proceed to apply for your new subscription.

How to get there:

From any page on www.avlic.ca, place your mouse over "Members Only" on the navigation bar. A drop-down menu will appear; please click on "My Account" to continue the renewal process. If you're not logged in, it will ask you to log-in or register for a new account. After you sign in, you will see your user account. Below this it says to click to begin - click on that button and the application process will begin. For a quick link to the application form, please click here.
